I tried to come up to this product democratically and constructively – I tried to avoid any unnecessary details but on the other hand I wanted to create a visually attractive product. While designing I focused on cost, stackability, mobility, easy unfoldability and the smallest feasible unfolded size. Size of an unfolded piece is 880×100×60. This fact is important not only for customers and transport but also for producers and distribution into stores, because the more products can be transported by a conveyance, the cheaper the transport cost is. A trestle consists of 2 left and 2 right metal legs. These legs can be easily slided onto a plastic prism and the prism gets stuck even under a small load and then the legs get fixed. No glue or tools are needed for folding or unfolding the trestle, so customer does not need to deal with any bags or srews. To unfold the trestle, one just lifts it up and its legs get unfixed and it is easy to stick them out. Production of left and right legs is usually arduous, but my trestle is not that case. All the cuts of metal profiles are carried out the same way, the only difference comes during welding when the semi-finished products turn into the correct position. Another advantage of my trestles is also their stackability
